The hotel had several pools and a beautiful beach. The staff, including Albert, Carlos, and Gerardo, were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was great for families with teenagers. The breakfast provided was enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking and we could just walk straight out onto the endless and uncrowded beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room/suite was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and concierge desk. We felt like royalty in the pool area and enjoyed the excellent service provided. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with many shops and restaurants, and we had easy access to transportation options like cabs and buses right at the resort. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff of this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the hotel being extremely well groomed. The staff went above and beyond, delivering prompt and courteous customer service that exceeded our expectations. The location was great, with a wonderful atmosphere and superb views. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance to a large grocery store, making it easy for us to stock up on supplies. We also appreciated the various hotel facilities, such as the two pool options, which provided a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to our overall enjoyable experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, right across the street from a great shopping mall where we found a variety of shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful ocean view from our room, and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool bar and happy hour that we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially Alicia Gonzalez, the concierge who accommodated all our needs. We also loved the hotel's commitment to sea turtle conservation, with staff members taking care of the eggs and releasing the baby turtles - it was a truly special experience.
