We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great selection of amenities, including restaurants, a grocery store, and even a massage service. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful views. The location was convenient, close to the commercial center and the airport. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive with manicured and spotlessly clean rooms and grounds. The staff, particularly the concierge and on-site travel staff, were awesome and provided excellent service. They welcomed us, explained the hotel and local area layout, booked our excursions, and even walked us out to the front of the hotel to ensure a smooth travel experience. This hotel is a great value for those who don't want an all-inclusive option, as we were able to eat and drink as much as we wanted while still saving money. The hotel's location on a beautiful, uncrowded beach and close proximity to various activities added to our enjoyable stay.
Nothing to dislike.
The room was comfy and bright with working amenities. The landscape was lovely and well-maintained. The staff, especially our personal concierge, was wonderful. The pool area was convenient and there were recycling containers all around the grounds.
