We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is prime, with the hotel situated right on the beach. It's just out of the hotel atrium, so we could enjoy the nice beach on our own while others had to go back to their faraway hotels. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink at the bar downstairs, which had a perfect view of the sea. The included breakfast provided every morning was a great addition.

We loved our stay at this beachfront hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities provided everything we needed, from parking to transportation options. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything in the heart of the hotel zone. We were able to easily access the beach, restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The staff, including Alejandro, Carla, and Sandro, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The beds were comfortable, and the ocean view from our balcony was unbeatable!

The location was amazing, right next to the beach and just a few steps away from the ferry terminal to Isle Mujeres.
The room was spacious and well-presented, with a very spacious bathroom.
The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including a pool facing the beach, a bar and restaurant , and a reliable tour agency right beside it.
The hotel was also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife options, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The staff, especially the receptionist and the housekeeper, were helpful, professional, and friendly.
I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with stunning views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the cleanliness of the rooms which were cleaned daily. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and various shops nearby. Being able to walk to the main nightlife area was a huge plus for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach and next to the dock for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The beach was a bit crowded with local people, but it didn't bother me at all. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice little pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. The hotel was also conveniently located in the heart of the hotel zone, close to everything - the beach, stores, and even the city center. this hotel provided a perfect beachfront getaway experience.
