We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the four pools on the property were amazing. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Brenda, the bartender, were friendly and provided excellent service. Another highlight was the convenience of being located next to the Ultramar Ferry to the nearby island, which made it easy for us to take day trips and explore the clear blue waters.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, allowing us easy access to the beautiful blue waters and other exciting excursions. Additionally, the beach was pristine with minimal seagrass, unlike other beaches in the area. We also appreciated the variety of dining options, with daily pizzas and great Asian cuisine. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, especially Arturo from the restaurant. The hotel was also very clean, and the beach was perfect with minimal seagrass compared to other beaches in the area. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and there were water activities available right in front of the hotel. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. I loved the daily pizzas and the variety of different cuisines offered each evening. I was extremely happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
