The restaurants were amazing, and getting reservations was not an issue. The room always smelled wonderful, and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, particularly Fermin who made our visit wonderful. The hotel had a great location, with a swim out pool and ocean view. The shows were a lot of fun, and the drinks were delicious.

From the minute we walked in, service was amazing!! The staff were overly accommodating and incredible in every manner. We wanted for nothing, the food was delicious, the rooms were amazing, and the view was breathtaking! The design and layout of this resort is stunning! The rooms were really clean and had awesome high tech features. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods and the staff were all super nice and helpful. The swim-out pool with an ocean view was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with clean and modern decor. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. The spa experience was one of the best I've ever had, with a fantastic deep tissue massage. The food and service were top-notch, and there was great entertainment and nice excursions available. this was the best all-inclusive adult resort I have ever stayed at.

We had an amazing time at this adults-only resort. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel like family from the beginning, and our butler Ernesto did an incredible job taking care of our needs. The room was absolutely gorgeous and surpassed all our expectations. The food options were incredible, with delicious meals and frequent check-ins to make sure everything was to our liking. The bartenders at Limes, Ricardo, Ernesto, and Adrian, were fantastic and made excellent drinks. The pools were beautiful, with a relaxed pool and a party pool to choose from. We had no problem finding chairs or loungers. Lastly, the serenity club romance suite was perfect, with a wonderful breakfast in-room and a great tub on the balcony.
